Budget week is currently underway, with different delegates addressing their issues.

REGINA - As city council has begun their budget week, there will be a number of delegates presenting to Regina’s leaders on Monday.

For the Regina Public Library (RPL) mill rate increases, speaking are:

  • Jim Holmes, a Regina resident 
  • Murray Munn, a former resident of Regina
  • Joanne Havelock,  Friends of the Regina Public Library.
  • Jeff Barber, CEO of the RPL
  • Marj Gavigan, RPL chair 
  • Curtis Smith, RPL executive director 
  • Mitchel Kolbeck, RPL project leader 

General Operating Budget:

  • Dylan Morin, representative of the accessibility advisory committee
  • Joseph Vermeulen, Regina resident 
  • Barry Wilkie, Regina resident 
  • Andre Nogue, part of the Age-Friendly Regina committee
  • Florence Stratton from End Poverty Regina
  • Madi Massier, co-director of The Hawk Principal 
  • Leticia Oystrick, Regina Resident 
  • Casey Peart, Get The Lead Out Regina volunteer
  • Lynda Schofield, chair of the Regina Senior Citizens' Centre
  • Jim Elliott, Regina resident
  • Terri Sleeva, a member of the Regina Citizens Public Transit Coalition
