R.R. Alaro of the Weyburn Eagles senior boys team headed to the net against Jack McGeough of the Estevan Elecs during the McLeod Series on Tuesday evening at the ECS gym. The boys lost to Estevan 100-98, while the Weyburn girls edged out the Elecs by the score of 80-79 in overtime. Estevan has the one-point edge, 179-178, heading into Weyburn on Tuesday, Feb. 13, for the second half of the McLeod Series. The boys play at 5:30 p.m., and the girls play at 7:30 p.m.
