ASSINIBOIA - Logan Fettes, Kyle and Bradyn Giraudier will be part of the Team Saskatchewan competitors, during the athletics portion of the 2022 Canada Summer Games held this week.
Bradyn is 24 years old, and has competed 10 years in athletes. He currently competes for the Riversdale Athletics and lives in Saskatoon.
He has previously won gold in both shotput and the 200 m, and placed silver in the 100 m for the 2019 Western Canada Summer Games. Bradyn also won the Bob Adams Foundation Male athlete with a Disability Award in both 2017 and 2019.
Kyle is 21 years old, and has played nine years in the sport, and has competed with Special Olympics Saskatchewan. He previously competed in the 2019 Western Canada Summer Games held in Swift Current, and the 2017 Canada Summer Games held in Winnipeg.
Kyle won gold in the mixed relay, and also placed bronze in the 100 m, 200 m, long jump and shot put during the 2019 Western Canada Summer Games.
Fettes is 22 years and has spent six years in the sport, and is currently with the University of Regina Cougars. He placed fifth in triple jump, fourth in the 60 m hurdles and third in the 4x200 m relay in the 2022 CanWest Track and Field Championships.
Previously, he was a silver medalist in triple jump for the 2019 Western Canada Summer Games. Fettes was also recognized with the 2017 Assiniboia Volunteer Recognition Award.
