SOUTHEAST SASKATCHEWAN - For the second straight day, fog caused issues on some southeast Saskatchewan highways.
According to the Ministry of Highways and Infrastructure's Highways Hotline, visibility was reduced on some highways and poor on others. The surfaces of some highways were listed as partially covered.
