ESTEVAN - Members of the Estevan Police Service had a busy day on Monday, responding to a collision and making a few arrests.
Police received a report of a collision that occurred in the downtown area. The EPS said the driver of the offending vehicle was not co-operative and left the scene prior to properly exchanging information. The matter remains under investigation.
Police issued a seven-day driving suspension and seven-day vehicle impoundment to a 28-year-old woman, after she tested positive for THC on an oral fluid device during a traffic stop in the downtown area.
Members arrested a 22-year-old woman for failing to comply with her released conditions following a curfew check. She was lodged in cells and will be taken before a judge.
Officers arrested a 30-year-old Estevan man for breaching his conditional sentence order. He was lodged in cells and will be held to appear in front of a judge.
