WEYBURN - The student members of the Weyburn Communithon Committee's ambassadors are busy making school visits this week in Weyburn.
Primarily they are promoting the upcoming Communithon fundraiser event, along with the community agencies that receive funds from the telethon.
This year's crew includes Jyllian Payak, Anna Tronson, Ella Leko, Falon Jordens, Spencer Bell, Nolan Uhren, Jarret Hayward, Brody Walter , Whitney Lanz-McIntyre and Vaughn Wendel.
The visits this week included Assiniboia Park on Monday morning, Legacy Park on Tuesday morning, and next week they will visit St. Michael School.
This is all in preparation for Communithon, set for Friday, Oct. 25 at the Weyburn Legion Hall.
