The new band council for the White Bear First Nations was sworn-in on Monday. The members are Councillors Patricia Joyea and Debbie Maxie, Chief Annette Lonechild, and Councillors Bernard Shepherd, Tanya Littlechief, Tanya White Bear and Diette Kinistino. A pipe ceremony preceded the swearing in. The election was held earlier this year.
