MOOSE JAW — Souls Harbour Rescue Mission has announced that it will permanently close Riverside Mission at the conclusion of the last supper on Friday, Aug. 23, while it has decided to cancel the proposed shelter project and new kitchen/dining room on River Street West.
Joe Miller, executive director of Souls Harbour Rescue Mission, told MooseJawToday.com that the organization's board decided not to proceed with the new building in Moose Jaw.
