A proposed multifamily development in Fairview Heights is no longer going ahead.
North Battleford city council had put out a tender for three multifamily lots in Fairview Heights and received back one proposal from Do-All Holdings and Span West Farms for a 22-unit apartment style condominium.
The location would have been 2424 Buhler Avenue; their bid price was $178,500.
But instead of accepting the proposal, council accepted administration’s recommendation to reject the offer and put forward a counteroffer at their May 13 meeting.
Monday at Planning Committee, Director of Planning and Development Jennifer Niesink provided an update. She confirmed the counteroffer had “been rejected and they have decided not to move forward with the project.”
