ESTEVAN - The person charged in connection with Estevan’s first homicide since 2014 made his latest appearance in Estevan Provincial Court on Monday.
Gurwinder Singh Toor was in court by video, as he remains in custody. He is charged with second degree murder in the death of Angelo Galido back in June.
During Monday’s appearance, both Crown and defence attorneys discussed Toor’s preliminary hearing. No dates were set, but it’s believed the hearing will take up to four days.
Toor’s next court appearance will be Nov. 22.
