Regina man facing charges in a dozen break and enter incidents

Patrol members arrested the suspect without incident on Monday, who is now facing 24 charges.

Regina police open its investigation into a series of parking garage thefts on Feb. 28, later arresting one individual in connection.

REGINA — One Regina man has been arrested and charged in connection to a series of break and enters in parking garages that occurred over the last several weeks. 

The Regina Police Service has identified a 25-year-old man as the suspect linked to numerous offenses between Jan. 28 and Feb. 7.

RPS members identified a male suspect in the incidents when cases opened, but were unable to locate the individual at the time.

The accused suspect was arrested by patrol members on duty on Feb. 7 without incident, and later linked to previous incidents following investigation.

He has been charged with 12 counts of break, enter and commit theft, 11 counts of breach of probation and one count of possession of stolen property under $5,000. 

He appeared in court on these charges on Feb. 9.
