WEYBURN – As the result of an on-going investigation, and with the assistance of community residents, the Weyburn Police Service successfully obtained and executed a search warrant on two locations in the city on May 24, which yielded several items of stolen property and the arrest of two individuals.
An adult male faces charges of possessing property obtained by crime, failing to comply with a probation order, and five counts of failing to comply with a condition of his release; and an adult female faces charges of breaking and entering a residence, possessing property obtained by crime, two counts of failing to comply with a probation order, and four counts of failing to comply with a condition of her release.
Both individuals have been remanded in custody pending a court appearance.
