YORKTON - Minor football coach Jason Boyda has arranged for Yorkton Minor Football athletes to do some off season training in the city.

The young athletes now go to the Pumphouse Athletic Club on Thursdays and then to Evolve - Functional Rehabilitation and Performance on Sundays.

On Thursdays it is specific weight training at the PAC with their trainers and then Sunday is position specific training at Evolve as they have actual turf in the facility.

The facilities afford the athletes an opportunity to do some specific dryland training in support of building a stronger, healthier future for the players both on and off the field.

Both facilities have been accommodating to the minor football players.
