Battlefords RCMP responded to 445 calls for service from Wednesday, May 19 to Tuesday May 25.
These included 15 missing persons reported, 14 assaults, and six break and enters.
A business on the 1200 block of 101st Street in North Battleford broken into shortly 5 a.m. on May 19. A suspect entered through the back door adjacent to the alley between 101st and 102nd Street.
Police also responded to four stolen vehicle calls.
A white 2015 Chevrolet Cruze with Saskatchewan License 720 JPA was reported stolen from the 1000 block of 107th Street in North Battleford early in the morning on May 19.
A red Honda Cruiser motorcycle with Saskatchewan License 205MZ was reported stolen from the 800 block of 108th Street in North Battleford shortly after midnight on May 23.
Police also responded to 23 Mental Health Act investigations and seven impaired driving charges.
Over the May long weekend, North Battleford RCMP, along with traffic services, had set up several check stops within the North Battleford area. Over the course of the weekend North Battleford RCMP issued dozens of aggressive driving warnings and tickets. Six impaired drivers had their vehicles impounded; four were impaired by alcohol, and two were impaired by drugs. One of the impaired drivers was such a danger on the road that they drove over the traffic cones set up at a check stop.
North Battleford RCMP continue to remind the public to not drink and drive and to report impaired drivers (911 RID) within the community.
